Maybe I'm just getting old

Maybe I'm just getting old, but I'm tired of these idiots firing off professional fireworks! These ding

bats have been letting off fireworks since mid-June and I'm over it! Before anyone says it, yes, I did

call the police. Whether they sent a car or not, I don't know. These people live on the next block

and my view is obstructed by trucks. I do know that about a half hour after I called the police, they

started again! These are people that moved in about 9 months ago, and I'm wishing they would

move back to wherever they came from! 5 years ago, our neighborhood was peaceful. Now, all we

have are pieces of trash that think they can do whatever they want at whatever time they want! I'm

tired.......rant over

I understand just what your saying. We have the same problem here with the fire works. Im tired of them and Im finding the crap in my back yard and in my pool.

I could hear them last night , holy crap are these people ever gonna run out of fireworks ? Speaking of getting older I seemed to notice more and more people calling me Sir, A waitress called me Sir a while back and I told her you don`t have to call me that. She replied OK... you old S O B what can I get for you. I thought I would die laughing . I went to Bright Kawasaki on a very hot day to buy some parts and the KID at the counter say`s .... Boy its tuff on you older people in that heat,his co-worker looks at me to see if that comment made me mad , I winked at him and told the KID.... Go out to the parking lot and I will show you who`s old. If you could of seen the look on his face.We all got a good laugh on him . Dang snot nose KID even gave me the wrong change. I am getting old

I'm not sure which made me madder, the fireworks nonstop or the fact that it took 5 phone calls before anyone answered at the police station!

I used to live in Riverview and people would let off fireworks year round, it does not matter what city you are in. There will always be some fool lighting them off year round. I don't mind them as long as the people are careful where they set them off and as long as it is only a few days before the 4th and a maybe a couple of days after. After that they annoy me.

Pour a quart of gasoline on their front lawn, and light it ,at 3AM. It doesn't go bang but it getstheir attention. Another solution is showing the evidence on your roof and suing them $6300 ,and a new roof.
